“Help! I don’t know my ring size!”

Because of the way our rings are constructed, many cannot easily be made smaller and sometimes can only be stretched larger by a half size. So we do our best to make sure you get it right the first time.

If you are unsure of your size, we would be happy to send you a free ring sizer. Using the ring sizer is an easy way to determine your size (or double-check your size if you think you already know it). Visiting a local jeweler or knowing the size of another ring you already own is not always an accurate gauge of your size because the tools used to size rings are not always consistent from jeweler to jeweler. Our tools are calibrated to our ring sizers, so using them is an accurate way to determine your size. Plus, if you use our sizer and your ring still requires a size adjustment, we are happy to waive the resizing fee and charge only for shipping. Otherwise, a $25 fee will apply to simple resizes (stretched bigger by up to a half size), and a restocking fee of up to $75 will apply for returns or exchanges.
